How many of us do not like to have pizzas as their evening delicacies? Well surely the number must be very less. For many of us the
only destination to tame the unbeatable desire to have pizzas may be dominos or
pizza hut or sometimes calling the Home delivery. But if you can make your
pizza by yourself; sounds clumsy? Well I also think the same before trying it
out. One day I went to one of my close friend’s house and there I had pan-fried
pizza (pizza cooked in sauce-pan, not in micro-oven), then and there the idea struck
into my head to make homemade pizzas. First of all I had to gather all the
ingredients for it. At this stage many of us may think that homemade pizzas are
quite costly and difficult to make. But believe me that is not the actual story.
It is true that the initial process of collecting all the ingredients bit time
consuming and at that time some may think that it is better to go Dominos, but
how many days in a week you can afford to go for a pizza? Maximum 2 days in a week,
but you can make your own pizza anyday in a week without spending too much of money. The first task is to
buy the pizza base. It is easily available in any shopping malls food court or
in any pastry shop. Remember before purchasing the base check whether the base
is enough soft unless your pizza will become dry and hard. Cheese is a
very essential ingredient for pizzas. Cube amul cheese would be good for this
purpose. Now first chop onion capsicum red and green chilies into very small pieces.
Now take two piece of chicken and cut them also in very small pieces like
kimmas but don’t smash them. Fry all the ingredients in a sauce pan in a low
heat and add salt pepper and saua sauce. Fry them until the chicken get well cooked
at the same time notice that the onions shouldn’t be overcooked. Now cut fresh
tomatoes in small pieces. After these take a pizza base use any of pizza sauce
or tomato sauce and cover it in one side of the base. Sprinkle little bit of
pepper and salt over the sauce base. Then grate the cheese over the layer of sauce
in order to make a medium thick layer. Remember more you thickened the cheese layer
more your pizza become creamy and tasty. Now it’s the time to toppings. Pour
the fried onion chicken and capsicum over the cheese bed. Sprinkle pepper and
little bit of salt remember don’t add too much salt as cheese always tastes bit
salty. Lastly add freshly cut tomatoes and chilies (don’t add too much as we
have already added green and red chilies in fried chicken). Now again grate
sufficient amount of cheese over the lastly filled layer. Place the pizza into
micro oven in a medium heat for 3 minutes. Now your pizza is ready to serve.
Enjoy it any day without spending handful of money on pizza delivery.
